Breukelen Athletic, a boutique heavy-lifting gym, sought a logo and visual identity that reflected the character of their neighborhood, Gowanus, Brooklyn, while breaking away from the conventional gym aesthetic. Our redesign focused on capturing the industrial yet vibrant essence of the area, creating a brand that stands out while staying deeply connected to its roots.
